Cancellation Policy:

When booking your appointment, you’ll be prompted to place a card on file. Please note that your card is encrypted and securely stored through the GlossGenius booking system.

I completely understand that life happens—emergencies, unexpected changes, and last-minute conflicts. All I ask is that you kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If proper notice is not given, it will be at the owner’s discretion to charge 50% of the service fee. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service may be charged.

No charges will ever be made without speaking with you first.
